What was done
Dairyland Power used Lyzr to automate a work-order update process that previously required foremen to spend one to two hours researching safety guidelines and entering data manually. The agent gathers relevant safety clauses from multiple sources, updates the work order in Dynamics 365, and submits the result for human approval so hazardous-field-work decisions remain supervised. The workflow is aimed at crews working in harsh weather where laptop time is inefficient and error-prone. Lyzr reports more than 70,000 hours saved annually, roughly $1.5 million in yearly cost savings, less laptop work for foremen in extreme conditions, and more consistent inclusion of required safety guidelines.
