What was done

The Adecco Group uses an Agentforce prescreening agent to engage opted-in job applicants in French or English immediately after they express interest. The agent asks recruiter-approved questions, captures availability and eligibility details, updates candidate records, and produces match scores so recruiters can start from prioritized short lists. Salesforce reports more than 65,000 conversations since April 2025, candidates screened by Agentforce being twice as likely to be hired, and a 4.3 out of 5 average conversation rating.
