What was done

Aveanna Healthcare deployed a SoundHound AI agent to support more than 40,000 caregivers who often need help during overnight shifts or while away from a desk. The agent is integrated with Workday and two employee mobile applications so caregivers can resolve password resets, authentication issues, payroll questions, learning management support, and EVV chat requests without calling HR or IT. It operates quietly and securely around the clock, giving support staff more time for higher-value HR and training work. SoundHound reports the agent handles more than 560 conversations per day on average, scales to 1,600 requests during busy periods, and resolves 97% of employee requests with minimal human escalation.
